I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was great, close to the mainline railway station and on a slope, but the rooms had some drawbacks like curtains with holes. The service was friendly and the effort in cleaning was appreciated, yet some details were lacking. The dining included classic Italian dishes, but the bistro was just okay. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
